Services

  • How will the sessions be handled?

    The sessions will be completed via Zoom or over the phone, based on Client location and capabilities.

  • Are my sessions confidential?

    Yes, your sessions are confidential and will not be released to a Third Party unless requested by Client. (Note, this does not apply to any criminal court proceedings).

  • Will the sessions be recorded?

    All sessions can be recorded and sent via email based on Client request. Sessions will not be recorded without consent.

  • Can I transfer my package to someone else?

    You may reach out to Julie directly to discuss options. Please note that Julie is selective about with whom she works, which is why each Client receives an initial screening. Any new Client would need to receive the same review. The cancellation policy (below) would apply as well.

  • What is the cancellation policy for the annual package?

    If Client needs to reschedule or change a session, notice must be given 24 hours in advance or the session will be forfeited. If Client joins a session late, that session will only last for the remainder of the original 60 minutes booked.

    If Client is unable to continue weekly sessions, Julie and Client can work together to find a time to continue the coaching when it is best for the Client. Unfortunately, full refunds cannot be issued.

  • What type of payment arrangements are available?

    A payment schedule will be worked out with Client and Julie upon signing of the contract. Payments are typically executed via PayPal for convenience; however, additional options may be discussed if needed.

  • What is the cancellation policy for the subscription package?

    The Client may discontinue any time after the initial 3 months, with 24-hour advanced written notice. If Client needs to reschedule or change a session, notice must be given 24 hours in advance or the session will be forfeited. If Client joins a session late, that session will only last for the remainder of the original 60 minutes booked.

    If Client is unable to complete the initial 3 months, Julie and Client can work together to find a time to continue the coaching when it is best for the Client. Unfortunately, full refunds cannot be issued on the first 3 months or any subsequent months that have been paid in full.

  • How can I change my payment method?

    If you’ve already begun your sessions or recently purchased a package, simply contact Julie to discuss payment methods.
